pfenning Group takes over pharmaceutical logistics company Logosys

The pfenning group has expanded its service portfolio through the strategic acquisition of the pharmaceutical logistics group LOGOSYS from Darmstadt. The transaction was completed retroactively as of January 1, 2024, with a 100% stake.
