First brownfield multicube near Berlin: pfenning logistics develops a logistics center in Herzfelde

The family-owned contract logistics provider pfenning group has started construction on the multicube berlin in the Rüdersdorf district of Herzfelde.

On a 40,000 square meter site, the existing property is being expanded and developed according to the multicube real estate concept.

The site is located directly on federal highway B1, with excellent access to the A10 (Berliner Ring) and A12 motorways, providing a direct connection to Poland. Herzfelde is one of Germany’s emerging economic regions, driven in part by the nearby Tesla Gigafactory in Grünheide, just ten kilometers away.
