Profitable and safe. The pfenning pension is based entirely on term and interest rate, so it can be calculated precisely at any time. Unlike with insurance products, with this special kind of company pension, staff members are not charged commission or administration costs and also benefit from a high level of government support. Furthermore, the savings process is entirely flexible. One-off payments are possible, as are the suspension or reduction of ongoing contributions. Also important: the pfenning pension will continue to exist in full even if the employment relationship ends. The system is effectively a "company savings account", which is to say all employee claims will continue to exist even if they leave the company and will continue to earn interest automatically.
The (further) development of employees is particularly important to us. Our in-house pfenning academy provides a wide range of vocational training and further education opportunities to ensure employees receive exactly the training and further education they need.
