In 2012, the pfenning group laid the foundation stone at the company’s base in Heddesheim (Baden-Württemberg) for logistics centers that are unique in Europe: the multicube rhein-neckar. The innovative, multiple-award-winning multi-user concept has plenty of space for individual forms of use and sustainability requirements. Four decades of experience have built the foundation for the development of ground-breaking logistics real estate by the pfenning group – ranking as number 55 of all contract logistics providers within Germany. Divided into different hall modules, the multicubes can bundle various product and retail worlds at one location. What is special about these logistic centres: planning, organization and operation of the multicubes are undertaken exclusively by pfenning logistics. Retail, automotive, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and FMCG – the multicubes offer individual contract logistics solutions for every industry.
In 2022, the pfenning group will be expanding the multicube logistics centers with warehousing surface of 300,000 m².
