- by letter to the postal address: pfenning logistics GmbH, Reporting Centre Compliance, Daimlerstraße 4, 68542 Heddesheim. The letter will be sent unopened to the Reporting Office Officer
The reports are processed in accordance with the statutory provisions in the current version of the HinSchG. This refers in particular to the freedom from instructions of the authorised persons and to the confidentiality/confidentiality of all persons involved in the procedure.
The Notification-HinSchG form is used to report and record information. Please download the form, fill it out and send it to one of the reporting channels listed above.
