Logistics: Pfennig Group rents space in Dortmund

The pfenning group will soon be utilizing a logistics property in Prologis Park Dortmund, where high sustainability standards have been implemented.

According to the company, the property offers 30,080 square meters of warehouse space, 1,516 square meters of mezzanine, and 2,262 square meters of office space. The pfenning group will use the facility for the storage and distribution of raw materials for a manufacturer in the industrial sector.

The entire 16-hectare brownfield site on which the new property was developed was acquired by Prologis from Dortmund Logistik in 2017. It is part of the former sinter plant in the northeastern section of the Westfalenhütte industrial complex. In total, Prologis Park Dortmund comprises approximately 65,000 square meters of usable space.
