Pfenning Group: Logistics service provider to store raw materials in Dortmund property in future

The pfenning group becomes a tenant of a logistics property in Prologis Park Dortmund. With this, the brownfield site is now fully leased.

The pfenning group will soon be utilizing a logistics property in Prologis Park Dortmund. The logistics service provider recently signed a lease agreement for 33,858 square meters. The property includes 30,080 square meters of warehouse space, 1,516 square meters of mezzanine, and 2,262 square meters of office space, as announced by the pfenning group in a press release on September 28. The company will use the facility for the storage and distribution of raw materials for a manufacturer in the industrial sector.
