pfenning takes over fulfillment service provider

After acquiring the logistics company Gräfen Logistik, the pfenning group has made another purchase: Since July 19, the fulfillment company H.E.L.P. from Hünfeld, in the Fulda district, has been part of the corporate group headquartered in Heddesheim.

H.E.L.P. was founded in 1999 and, according to a company statement, specializes in the core areas of co-packing, product refinement, and sales promotion. The company employs around 200 people and focuses on the consumer goods and retail industries. Nestlé Germany has been one of its clients since 2005.
